“I had always been active, and particularly enjoyed running, when I suffered a fairly serious knee injury (which ultimately put an end to my running). In the 5 years since the injury, I stopped exercising and gradually piled on the weight until one day I was fat! At the time that I was at my heaviest (about 10 months ago), I was diagnosed with asthma and was also suffering with sinusitis, gastro-reflux and a bad
back. 7 Months ago I joined Clements Place with the intention of losing some weight – I started doing 6 spin classes a week, and eating what I thought was healthily. I lost about 2 stone in the first 2
months, then plateaued for the next 2 months as my weight wasn’t changing (despite doing 6 spin classes every week). As I knew some of Paul’s clients, and saw the results of their 12 week
transformations for myself, I decided to ask for Paul’s help. Paul assessed me, we set some goals. and Paul began to change my nutritional habits and completely changed the way I looked at food.
His weights programmes were perfect for me, as they became more testing as I became stronger. I really enjoyed every gym session, as everything was mapped out for me by Paul and he gave me confidence.
