BIOGRAPHY
I took my first step into my fitness journey many moons ago and it changed my overall life and mental health. It had such a positive impact, I just couldn’t look back once I started.
I’m a very passionate person which oozes into my work. Training has been a big part of my life and how I have managed to overcome certain obstacles over the years. My mission is to help as many people as possible achieve the same.
If you are wanting to improve your overall fitness, everyday lifestyle and health, whilst working towards new goals… I welcome hearing from you.
Whether you’re new to training or have prior experience, all people, from all walks of life are welcome.

‘I’ve been training with Taylor since December 2020, she’s been amazing. When I started my fitness journey I wanted to look good on my wedding day, but mostly my main goal was to fall in love with the gym and working out. A lot happened in my personal life during this time, the months were a struggle mentally, just to get out of bed! Taylor was there! She even came to my door a few times to make sure I got to my session. I cannot thank her enough, not only for the body I have now but for the goals I have reached. The gym has become a release. Taylor has helped me with my mental health and being someone I can vent to. She is worth everything and more! She puts 100 percent into every session.
