QUALIFICATIONS

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education & Coaching

  • I am always wanting to improve and learn more – Currently involved in multiple courses

I am a 52 ‘out of shape woman’ who was very anxious about training again as I have not done this type of ‘keep fit’ for 28 years plus – I had lost all confidence.’
