BIOGRAPHY

I specialise in working with people who are looking to get into shape fast whether they are a beginner or have previous gym experience.

l also like to work with people who may have limitations to exercise such as a medical condition or other special considerations to take into account such as Pre and Post-Natal.

How do you stay in shape?

I like to mix lifting weights, bodyweight exercises and cardio to stay in shape. My favourites exercises are Pull Ups, Deadlifts and anything on the TRX. I favour eating healthy nutritious foods but generally follow a flexible diet to allow me to squeeze in foods I really enjoy.
