BIOGRAPHY

I specialise in body transformations and working with people who are looking to improve their fitness and physique fast whether they are a beginner or have previous gym experience.

Seeing the joy and astonishment on a client’s face when they see their before and after photos is incredibly rewarding.

I enjoy helping clients to transform into their very best versions of themselves not just physically but on every level, in 12 weeks or for the longer term. Improving their whole outlook by making health and fitness a consistent part of their lifestyle is my passion.

My clients all agree staying fit and strong helps them to cope with the daily pressures and challenges in life.

I also help clients with their strength training to improve their running and performance too; having helped many to achieve their first or their personal bests in half marathons, marathons and Hyrox races too.

I treat every client as an individual and their training programs and nutrition plans I write bespoke specifically for them.

l know first hand what it is like to overcome barriers to fitness and I work with people who may have limitations to exercise such as a medical condition or other special considerations to take into account such as Pre and Post-Natal.

I’m passionate about making exercise and a healthy lifestyle accessible to all.

How do you stay in shape?

I like to mix lifting weights, bodyweight exercises and cardio to stay in shape. My favourites exercises are Pull Ups, Deadlifts and anything on the TRX. I favour eating healthy nutritious foods but generally follow a flexible diet to allow me to squeeze in foods I really enjoy.
